1. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Email, full name, mobile number (when you register).
• Authentication Data: Tokens used to authenticate your session. These tokens are stored securely on your device using secure storage (e.g., flutter_secure_storage).
• Content & Metadata: Reels links, URLs, categories, favorite flags, notes, and any content you save in the app. This data is stored locally (SQLite) and may be synced to your account on our servers if you enable cloud sync.
• Task Data: Todo items, priority, creation/completion timestamps.
• Payment & Transaction Data: When you purchase a premium subscription, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Razorpay). We receive transaction confirmation and limited billing metadata required to manage your subscription (we do not store full payment card details).
• Usage & Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized analytics (app usage trends, feature usage) to help improve the app. This data does not identify you personally unless you consent.
• Crash Reports & Diagnostics: (If enabled) anonymous crash logs and diagnostics to help us fix issues.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the App and its features (saving reels, sync, tasks, favorites).
• To authenticate and manage your session securely.
• To process and manage payments and subscriptions.
• To send transactional and account-related communications (e.g., receipts, account notices).
• To analyze usage so we can improve the App and provide personalized experiences.

3. Local Storage & Cloud Sync

Your primary app data is stored locally on your device using SQLite for offline access. If you opt into cloud sync, selected data will be uploaded and stored on our cloud servers to allow cross-device access and backup.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Authentication tokens and sensitive items are stored using secure storage mechanisms on the device.
• Data in transit to our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• We recommend you keep a secure backup of any important data and do not share your account credentials.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Razorpay). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our servers. You should review the privacy policies of payment providers for details on how they process and store payment information.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services to operate the App (hosting, payment processors, analytics, error reporting). These services may collect some information necessary to provide their service. Examples include:

• Payment processors (Razorpay or similar)
• Cloud hosting providers for sync/backups
• Crash reporting and analytics providers

Note: If you integrate additional third-party SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) later, we will update this policy and the Play Store data safety declarations accordingly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will remove the account data from our active systems within a reasonable time frame, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

8. Your Rights

9. Children

Reels Manager is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post a revised date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users in the App or via email.
